Secure on line payments can be made using all major debit/credit cards or PayPal.

Simply click on the 'Buy Now' button and you will be taken to a page where you can pay using your PayPal account or a debit/credit card. When paying by debit/credit card a drop down menu is available, simply choose your country and fill in your card details - it's that easy. For your security PayPal deals with the entire transaction.

Multiple Purchases

To purchase more than 1 nasal spray simply repeat the payment process the desired number of times. If you purchase 6 or more nasal sprays at any one time we will send you an extra one free of charge. For orders of more than 12 please contact us before you order and we will offer you a discount (the more you order the higher the discount). Unfortunately, since our shipping costs have been kept to a minimum and they increase considerably for 4 or more sprays being sent at any one time, we are unable to offer a discount for multiple purchase of less than 6 sprays.

Postage & Packaging

We will usually dispatch the product within 3 working days of receiving cleared payment.

Unfortunately due to Royal Mail substantially increasing their prices on 30th April 2012 we have had no alternative but to increase our postage & packaging charges in line with this.

United Kingdom - Sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Standard. This usually takes to 2 to 3 days (excluding weekends). Orders are not tracked (except when 4 or more nasal sprays are ordered at any one time).

Worldwide - Sent by Royal Airmail (small packets). This usually takes 5 to 10 days (excluding weekends). Orders are not tracked (except when 4 or more nasal sprays are ordered at any one time).

In the unlikely event you do not receive your order we will offer you a replacement or a full refund.

If you don't find SinuSoothe to be the most effective nasal spray you have ever used we will give you your money back. Simply send us the unused portion within the original bottle together with proof of purchase within 60 days of purchase and we will give you a full refund. Details of our address is on the packaging.
