We will usually dispatch orders within 3 working days of receiving cleared payment.

United Kingdom – Sent by Royal Mail 48. This usually takes to 2 to 3 working days. Orders are not tracked (except when 4 or more products are ordered at any one time).

Worldwide – Sent by Royal Airmail (small packets). This usually takes 5 to 10 working days. Orders are not tracked (except when 4 or more products are ordered at any one time).

*Unfortunately some countries outside of the UK incur an additional shipping charge of £7.50 on any size order up to three products (including free gifts) due to us having to use a non-standard shipping method (tracked/signed for). This additional charge does not apply to orders of four or more products (including free gifts) since these size orders are already sent tracked/signed for. This additional charge does not show at checkout and you will receive a follow up e-mail should we require to send your order using a non-standard shipping method, At this point you will also be offered a full refund if you do not wish to proceed with your order due to the additional charge.
